- A WEEK AT THE BEACH -- Gather family and friends. This ocean-front beach house sleeps 10 and the win is for a whole week! This beautiful Sunset Beach house features a full kitchen, spacious deck, screened porch, 4 bedrooms, and 4 baths. Choose a week between September and May. Saturday to Saturday.

- ONE-OF-A-KIND HANDMADE QUILT -- This stunning red and white quilt, custom-made for the Educational Foundation, measures 68 x 78 inches with a beautiful “Floral Bouquet” pattern, quilted with a long arm machine design. The back features alternating solid white and red rose bud blocks with a “signature” square identifying the quilter, Ann Demiter of Alpha Nu Chapter. The 100% cotton quilt comes with a cover for storage and instructions for its care.

- This is the FiRST GIFT to come from a chapter member for the Educational Foundation Raffle. Ann is the Immediate Past-President of Alpha Nu Chapter. She made a presentation in the Annual Meeting last year about the grant Alpha Nu received from the Foundation.

NASCAR RACES -- This was a popular raffle item last year and the winners raved about the fun! Two separate races are up for grabs—the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race on Saturday, May 20, 2017, starting at 7:30 p.m., and the famous CocaCola 600 on Sunday, May 28, 2017 of Memorial Day weekend, starting at 6:00 p.m. One pair of premium tickets plus pit passes to each race are available.

- Childress Winery Package -- Childress Vineyards in Lexington is one of NC’s premier vintners, winning over 750 awards since its 2004 opening. The winery gift package contains a bottle of Childress Barrel Select Three Red wine and two Childress Vineyards stemless glasses along with two wine tastings (Cellar Select and Barrel Select) and a gift certificate to The Bistro for the Trifecta lunch for two. Ben Owen III Pottery -- This is authentic Seagrove pottery at its best! Master potter Ben Owen III is world renown and has pieces in the Ritz Carlton Tokyo Hotel and the homes of stars like James Taylor and Arnold Palmer. Over the past decade, Ben has worked with designers to create custom works installed in a series of premier hotels and public spaces including the Sun Valley Resort in Sun Valley, Idaho; Ritz Carlton Hotel in Tokyo, Japan; The Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary, NC; the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Boston, MA; and Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, UT. Many of these vessels are much larger in scale and carefully designed to enhance the grandeur of a public space. Ben has also worked with private collectors on ceramic artwork created for a particular place at home or work.
