A Note from the Foundation Grants Committee Chair
If you are considering submitting an application for a NCDKG Educational Foundation Grant or Endowment Grant in the coming year, please follow these guidelines:
All files need to be written in MS Word or pdf format.
Files need to be placed within the application -- making ONE file. These items include: 1. Application, with all boxes checked on the application, 2. Letter of recommendation, 3. Your Budget, 4. Your plan to evaluate your success, and most importantly, 5. Your signature. It is preferred to have ONE file, not attachments.

Due to the quick turnaround of applications, incomplete forms cannot be considered. The Grants Committee Chair will text acknowledgement of her receipt of your grant application, on or before these dates, Fall: September 30, 2026, or Spring: January 31, 2027.

Give With Your Heart
Our NCDKG Educational Foundation ‘Legacy Committee’ is continuing the "sustained giving" initiative which began last January.

Give With Your Heart, Legacy 365, had a successful first year! The Legacy Committee reported a total of $11,072 was donated through this initiative in 2025. These donations will help build a secure base of assets for long-term financial support, assuring a dynamic and vital foundation far into our future.

The Legacy Committee is seeking women who are willing to commit to giving $1.00 a day for 1 year. This may be renewable at the end of the year. We invite your participation. Fill out the form to either donate online or mail in your donation. Please ask questions or be free to show your interest: Contact Dr. Barbara Perry-Sheldon at [email protected]
