The Articles of Incorporation for the Educational Foundation are filed with the State of North Carolina as a legally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.  It sets forth basic information about the Foundation including the official name, addresses, membership, its mission, purposes, restrictions, board of directors, and other provisions.

Bylaws are the internal rules governing the day-to-day operations of the Foundation.  Drafted by the appointed Board of Directors as part of the 501(c)(3) application process, these bylaws outline the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders, meetings, finances, and other regulations. A copy of the Foundation bylaws may be requested from the Board of Directors.
